Accessibility at AeroBooker.
We want people with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies to be able to search, understand and use AeroBooker.
Our commitment
AeroBooker is working to improve accessibility in line with recognised web standards. We welcome feedback when a page, form or travel-search tool is difficult to use. Some embedded third-party widgets are controlled by their providers, but we will still help identify an alternative route where reasonably possible.
This Accessibility Statement applies to aerobooker.online and pages controlled by AeroBooker. Separate websites opened from search results are operated by airlines, travel agencies and other providers.
Our accessibility commitment
AeroBooker is committed to making its travel-comparison information and support content usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice input or other assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We aim to consider it when creating content, choosing colours, building navigation, adding forms and integrating external tools.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving accessibility and use three conformance levels: A, AA and AAA. AeroBooker uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference goal.
Accessibility improvements are ongoing
AeroBooker has not completed a comprehensive independent audit of every page, form, embedded widget and third-party journey. We therefore do not claim full WCAG conformance at this time.
This transparent status does not reduce our commitment to fixing barriers reported by users and improving content over time.

Technical approach
AeroBooker pages are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Accessibility depends on combinations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, installed plugins, user settings and third-party content.
Where practical, we use:
- semantic HTML and a logical heading structure;
- text labels for interactive controls;
- keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators;
- alternative text for meaningful images;
- colour contrast that does not rely on pale text over light backgrounds;
- layouts that adapt to narrower screens; and
- plain-language instructions and meaningful link text.
Known and possible limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet provide an ideal experience. Possible limitations include:
- embedded travel-search, map, schedule or tour widgets with controls supplied by third parties;
- provider logos, destination imagery or older media with incomplete text alternatives;
- form validation or date-selection interfaces that behave differently across assistive technologies;
- external documents or linked provider pages not created by AeroBooker;
- third-party content that changes after being embedded; and
- temporary issues introduced during website or plugin updates.
If you encounter one of these issues, contact us with the affected page and task. We will review the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide information or a route that does not require the inaccessible feature.
Third-party travel tools and websites
AeroBooker uses embedded tools and links from travel technology and affiliate partners. Search results may redirect you to an airline, travel agency, tour provider or other external website.
Those services control their own code, accessibility, content and support. AeroBooker cannot guarantee their compliance with a particular accessibility standard. However, reporting the problem to us can help us understand the barrier and raise it with the relevant provider where appropriate.
Accessibility feedback
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of AeroBooker. Contact us through the Contact page or email info@aerobooker.online.
Please include, where possible:
- the page address or name;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened and any error message shown;
- your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
- the format or alternative that would help you.
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card details or sensitive booking credentials. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a reasonable period and will explain any practical next step available.
Alternative ways to access information
If a page or feature is not accessible to you, ask us for help locating the same general AeroBooker information in another reasonable format. Depending on the request, this may include clearer text instructions, a direct page link or guidance on contacting the relevant provider.
AeroBooker cannot make or alter a booking on behalf of a travel provider. For ticketing, payments, refunds, baggage assistance or special travel accommodations, contact the airline or agency shown on the booking confirmation.
Assessment and improvement
Accessibility may be reviewed through a combination of design checks, code inspection, automated tools, keyboard testing and feedback from users. Automated tools alone cannot establish full conformance.
Priorities include maintaining readable contrast, improving keyboard and screen-reader support, writing clearer form instructions and reducing barriers caused by new content or integrations.
Statement updates
We may update this statement when AeroBooker features, accessibility practices, standards or known limitations change. The latest statement date will appear near the top of the page.
Accessibility standards and assistive technologies continue to develop, so we encourage users to report current barriers even if a similar issue was previously addressed.
Found an accessibility barrier?
Tell us the affected page and what you were trying to do. We will review the problem and help identify a practical route where possible.
