Terms of Use.
These Terms govern access to AeroBooker’s flight-comparison tools, travel information and links to airlines and travel providers.
Please read these Terms before using AeroBooker
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. AeroBooker is a travel-comparison and referral platform—not an airline, ticket issuer or booking provider. When you choose an offer, your booking is completed with the airline or travel provider shown before payment.
These Terms are intended to explain AeroBooker’s role clearly. Separate terms from the selected airline, travel agency, accommodation provider, tour provider or other supplier will apply to any booking or purchase made through that provider.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of AeroBooker (“AeroBooker”, “we”, “us” or “our”) concerning your use of aerobooker.online, flights.aerobooker.online and related pages, search tools, widgets, content and links (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement. If you use the Services for another person, organisation or traveller, you confirm that you have authority to act for them and that they understand the relevant booking information and provider terms.
What AeroBooker provides
AeroBooker provides tools and information that may help users:
- search and compare flights and other travel options supplied by third parties;
- review routes, indicative prices, schedules and provider choices;
- follow links to participating airlines, travel agencies and other travel providers; and
- access general guidance about bookings, baggage, airports, documents and travel preparation.
Search results may be supplied through third-party technology, data feeds, widgets or affiliate networks. The availability and presentation of results may vary by location, device, currency, date, provider participation and technical conditions.
Bookings with travel providers
When you select a travel option, you may be redirected to an airline, travel agency or other provider (“Travel Provider”) to review and complete the booking. The Travel Provider—not AeroBooker—will normally:
- take payment and issue the booking confirmation or ticket;
- set the fare rules, baggage allowance, change and cancellation conditions;
- process refunds, schedule changes and booking-specific support;
- determine payment methods, identity checks and fraud-prevention requirements; and
- provide its own terms, privacy policy and customer-service arrangements.
Your booking contract is with the Travel Provider identified during checkout. You must read and accept that provider’s terms before payment. If provider terms conflict with these Terms on a booking-specific matter, the provider terms govern the booking relationship between you and that provider.
Questions about an existing booking should be directed to the provider named in the confirmation email, ticket receipt or payment statement.
Prices, schedules and availability
Prices, schedules, availability and other travel information are supplied by Travel Providers or technology partners and may change at any time. A displayed price may exclude optional services or may change because of taxes, baggage, seats, payment method, currency conversion, traveller details or provider availability.
The final price, currency, traveller names, itinerary, airports, baggage, fare rules and other conditions shown by the Travel Provider before payment are the authoritative booking details. You must check them carefully.
AeroBooker does not guarantee that information is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular journey, although we may take reasonable steps to improve the quality and usefulness of the Services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- entering accurate traveller names, dates, routes and contact information;
- reviewing the complete price and provider terms before payment;
- confirming passport, visa, transit, health and entry requirements through official sources;
- checking airline schedules, terminals, gates, check-in deadlines and baggage rules;
- keeping booking confirmations and provider contact details safe;
- using a payment method you are authorised to use; and
- contacting the Travel Provider promptly if a booking detail is incorrect or travel is disrupted.
You must not send AeroBooker passwords, complete payment-card numbers, card security codes or online-banking credentials.
Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful personal or internal business travel-planning purposes. You must not:
- use automated systems, scraping, bots or high-volume queries without written permission;
- copy, republish, resell or commercially exploit search results, content or data;
- interfere with security, access controls, performance or availability;
- introduce malware, harmful code or deceptive content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
- use the Services for fraudulent bookings, unlawful activity or rights infringement; or
- attempt to access non-public systems, accounts or information.
We may apply technical limits, block abusive traffic or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, partners and the Services.
Affiliate links and compensation
Some links, widgets or search results may be affiliate links. AeroBooker may receive a commission or other compensation when a user clicks, books or completes an eligible transaction with a participating provider.
Affiliate compensation supports the operation of the Services. It does not make AeroBooker the seller, airline or booking provider, and it does not replace the Travel Provider’s responsibility for its offer and booking terms.
Ranking or presentation may be influenced by factors including relevance, price, route, provider availability, user settings, technical performance and commercial relationships. No search service can guarantee that every provider or every available offer is shown.
Intellectual property
The AeroBooker name, design, original text, layout and other materials created for the Services are owned by or licensed to AeroBooker and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Airline, agency, destination, payment and partner names, logos, trademarks, data and content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership by AeroBooker or endorsement beyond an applicable commercial or technical relationship.
Subject to these Terms, AeroBooker grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for travel planning. No other rights are granted.
Third-party websites and services
The Services contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party widgets, maps, content or booking technology. AeroBooker does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies or actions.
Opening a third-party site means leaving AeroBooker’s controlled environment. Review the destination address, provider identity, final price, terms and privacy policy before supplying personal or payment information.
Service disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. AeroBooker does not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete or free from defects.
General travel guidance is provided for convenience and is not legal, immigration, medical, financial or professional advice. Official authorities, airlines, airports and Travel Providers remain the appropriate sources for current requirements and journey-specific decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroBooker will not be liable for loss arising from:
- a Travel Provider’s acts, omissions, insolvency, cancellation, refusal, delay or failure to perform;
- changes to fares, schedules, routes, availability, entry rules or airport procedures;
- incorrect information supplied by a user or third party;
- missed flights, denied boarding, baggage events, visa or document problems;
- third-party websites, payment processing or unauthorised transactions; or
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse AeroBooker for reasonable losses, claims and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights or misuse of information obtained through the Services.
This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. The website may also use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, security, analytics and affiliate attribution, as explained in the applicable cookie notice.
Travel Providers process information under their own privacy policies when you visit their websites, contact them or complete a booking.
Changes, availability and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, partner changes or business reasons. We do not guarantee that a particular feature, provider or route will remain available.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Material changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.
Disputes and applicable law
If you have a concern about AeroBooker, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Booking disputes must usually be addressed to the Travel Provider that accepted the booking and payment.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the AeroBooker operator and the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.
No wording in these Terms restricts a consumer from using a mandatory remedy or forum available under applicable law.
