Privacy Policy.
This Policy explains what information AeroBooker handles, why it is used and the choices available when you use our website, forms and travel-search tools.
AeroBooker is a comparison and referral website
We collect information needed to operate the website and answer messages. Bookings and payments are completed with third-party airlines or travel providers, which process booking information under their own privacy policies.
In this Policy, “AeroBooker”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of aerobooker.online. “Services” includes the main website, flights.aerobooker.online, forms, content, links, search tools and embedded travel widgets.
Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies when you visit or interact with AeroBooker-controlled pages and Services. It does not control how an airline, travel agency, tour operator, technology provider, affiliate network or other third party handles information on its own website or service.
When you select a result or offer, you may be redirected to a third party. Review that party’s privacy policy before entering traveller, passport or payment information.
Information we may collect
Information you submit
Name, email address, telephone number, subject, message and other details entered in contact, support, check-in or booking-assistance forms.
Technical information
IP address, browser, device type, operating system, language, referring page, timestamps, requested pages and basic server or error logs.
Search activity
Origin, destination, dates, passenger count, currency and filters entered into travel-search tools or widgets.
Cookie and referral data
Cookie identifiers, session data, preferences, click events, partner or campaign identifiers and affiliate-attribution information.
We do not ask you to submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers, card security codes or online-banking credentials through AeroBooker forms. Do not include such information in messages.
Where information comes from
Information may come:
- directly from you when you complete a form or contact us;
- automatically from your browser or device when you use the website;
- from cookies, analytics, security and affiliate-attribution technologies;
- from travel-search, map, tour or other widgets embedded on our pages; and
- from service providers that help operate, secure or measure the Services.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- operate, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the Services;
- display travel-search tools, results and relevant destination content;
- answer enquiries and provide general website or booking-support guidance;
- remember settings such as language, currency or preferences;
- measure traffic, performance, referrals and the usefulness of content;
- attribute eligible clicks or transactions to affiliate partners;
- prevent spam, abuse, fraud and security incidents;
- comply with law and enforce our Terms; and
- improve the design, accessibility and reliability of the website.
We do not sell airline tickets or use your AeroBooker contact-form submission to create a flight reservation.
Legal bases for processing
Depending on the information and applicable law, processing may rely on:
- consent, such as for optional cookies or communications where required;
- contract or requested steps, when you ask us to provide a feature or respond to a request;
- legitimate interests, including operating, securing, measuring and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- legal obligations, where information must be kept, disclosed or otherwise processed by law.
You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and similar technologies
AeroBooker and third-party services may use cookies, local storage, pixels or similar technologies for:
- essential website operation, security and load balancing;
- remembering language, currency and other preferences;
- analytics, error reporting and performance measurement;
- displaying and operating embedded search, map or tour widgets; and
- recording referral or partner identifiers so an eligible booking can be attributed to AeroBooker.
Affiliate cookies can be placed when you interact with a partner link or widget and may remain for the period specified by that partner. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect website or widget functionality.
When information may be shared
We may disclose limited information to:
- hosting, security, analytics, form, email and technical service providers working for us;
- affiliate networks and technology partners needed to operate widgets, measure referrals or provide search functions;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety and security; and
- a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or transfer of the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers are permitted to use information only for agreed services or as otherwise allowed by law. We do not sell your contact-form information as a standalone customer list.
Travel providers and external websites
Search results and content may link to airlines, agencies, accommodation providers, tour providers and other external services. When you open or use an external site, that provider may receive technical and referral information and will collect any information you enter there.
The provider is independently responsible for its booking process, payment handling, privacy notices, security and legal compliance. AeroBooker does not control those practices.
Before completing a booking, confirm the destination website, provider identity and privacy terms.
How long information is kept
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including to respond to enquiries, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, measure legitimate referrals and meet legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type, sensitivity, purpose, technical requirements and applicable law. Information may be deleted, anonymised or aggregated when it is no longer required. Third-party providers determine their own retention periods.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no website, email transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Use only official AeroBooker pages, keep your devices updated and do not send passwords or full payment credentials through our forms or email. If you believe information sent to AeroBooker has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
- request deletion or restriction in certain circumstances;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis;
- request a portable copy of eligible information; and
- complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
To make a request, email info@aerobooker.online with enough detail for us to understand and verify the request. We may ask for reasonable identity verification. Rights can be limited where law permits or requires us to retain information.
You can also manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls made available on the website.
International processing
AeroBooker, its hosting and technology providers, affiliate networks and travel partners may operate in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.
Where required, reasonable contractual, organisational or legal safeguards will be used for international transfers. Protection and legal rights may differ between jurisdictions.
Children’s privacy
AeroBooker is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from such children without appropriate authorisation.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information to AeroBooker should contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Travel providers may have separate age and consent requirements for bookings.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our Services, providers, technology or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the revised Policy where permitted by law.
