Questions travellers often ask

Your flight number appears on the airline or agency confirmation email, e-ticket and boarding pass. It usually starts with a two-character airline code followed by numbers, such as EK202.
Updates can reach different systems at slightly different times. For final departure, terminal, gate and boarding instructions, follow the operating airline and airport announcements.
The company that issued your ticket and accepted payment controls changes and refunds. Use your confirmation email to contact that airline or travel agency.
